The University of California, Berkeley invites applications for an approved tenure-track position in Terrestrial Environmental Bioeochemistry at the AssistantProfessor level. The position will be open until January 16, 2024
All aspects of Environmental Geochemistry and Biogeochemistry will be considered, and innovative development or application of novel biogeochemical theories and insights into earth surface processes of societal interest are encouraged. Areas of interest include the carbon cycle, soil processes, elemental cycles, and land/atmosphere interactions. The position will contribute to the physical science core of ESPM, which contends with the maintenance and enhancement of our climate, terrestrial ecosystems, and agricultural landscapes in a changing world.
